New Delhi: Iran on Tuesday announced that the visa for citizens of India will be abolished starting from 4th February 2024. However, this newfound freedom comes with certain conditions. Individuals holding ordinary passports will now be permitted to enter Iran without a visa, but there are restrictions. This privilege is applicable once every six months, and the maximum stay is limited to 15 days. The 15-day period cannot be extended under this new regulation.
