Pran Pratishtha: Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev said that a new history of Sanatana Dharma is being created today.

Ayodhya: Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev, attending the grand Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, expressed his joy and stated that a new history of Sanatana Dharma is being created today. He added that today’s ceremony will mark a new beginning of ‘Ram Rajya’ in the country. “We came here when Ram Lalla was in a tent. Today, a grand temple is coming up. A new history of Sanatana is being created today. With the pranpratishtha at Ram Temple, a new beginning of ‘Ram Rajya’ is taking place..,” ANI quoted Ramdev as saying.

Notably, Baba Ramdev is among the dignitaries who were invited to attend the grand ceremony at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya today. The holy city has been decked up to celebrate this historic day with numerous events organised here.

Notably, the Pran Pratishtha rituals have already begun from January 16. The rituals started with ‘Prayaschit’ and Karmakuti puja, which were performed on January 16, and the idol of Lord Ram entered the premises on January 17.

On January 18, the idol was installed in the sanctum sectorum of Ram Temple. on the next day, Aushadhivas, Kesaradhivas, Ghritadhivas were organised. Sugardhivas, Fruitdhivas, Pushpadhivas on January 20 and Madhyadhivas and Shayadhivas on January 21.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to perform the holy rituals marking the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ day. Lakshmikant Dixit will lead the team of priest to perform the main rituals.

The grand ceremony is attended by Bollywood personalities, as well as business and political figures.
